Arrival days to suit your ferry or flight bookings where possible. Heating is available for a supplement of £35 per week. A non-returnable deposit of 20% is required on booking and the balance payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. Bookings made after this time must be paid in full at time of booking. A security deposit of £100 is required on arrival and will be returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage being caused. This does not limit your liability to us. We strongly recommend that you take out adequate travel insurance to cover yourself in the event of cancellation.
