RATES 2012

Prices are inclusive of bedlinen, towels and electricity plus central heating according to season. We do not make an additional charge for end of stay cleaning but would ask that you leave the property in a clean and tidy condition as you will find it on arrival.

GITE
June, July, August, September - £50 per night
October, Nov, Jan, Feb, March, April, May - £40 per night

STUDIO
June, July, August, September - £45 per night
October, Nov, Jan, Feb, March, April, May - £40 per night

A Minimum charge of 3 nights applies.

A non-returnable deposit of 25% is required on booking and the balance payable 4 weeks prior to arrival. Bookings made after this time must be paid in full at time of booking.

We strongly recommend that you take out adequate travel insurance to cover yourself in the event of cancellation.

If you have to cancel the following charges will apply:-
Prior to 4 weeks notice - Deposit only
Within 4 weeks - 100%
